Six deer a licence year east of the Blue Ridge, of which no more than three may be antlered and at least three must be antlerless. Five a licence year west of the Blue Ridge and on National Forest land in Amherst, Bedford and Nelson, of which no more than two may be antlered. Two a day, or unlimited in Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William and in the cities and towns — but the antlered cap holds either way.
